YES! Translations to Italian of PH documents are still a requirement if they will be used in Italy. TRANSLATIONS to Italian of documents legalized with the Apostille can be done in MANILA (e.g. by The Philippine Italian Association) or in Italy, by court translators (the Philippine Italian Association partners with court translators in Italy, who can comply with the PIA’s price list). Same applies to Italian documents: they need to be translated to English in order to be used in the Philippines.Does PIA also process PSA documents and have them legalized through Apostille by the DFA?

How long will my PH document be valid in Italy?
PSA and NBI documents are valid for 6 months only, from the date of issuance.
School docs and other certifications are valid for one year.

You need to go to the nearest police station and file a report. (Get a copy of the police blotter, then go to the nearest lawyer and execute an affidavit of loss, then submit these two to the PIA for translations and then to the Italian Embassy Consular Section.
