The PIA has signed and agreement with the Patronato ACLI and opened in its premises the first Patronato of the Region.
The Patronato ACLI in Manila is open three days per week, from Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION to all receivers of INPS/Italian pension, living outside Italy:
INPS announced that, for the pensioners residing in Asia, the Life Declaration Campaign 2022
will start on February 07 and will end on June 07.
In case the Life Declaration Form won’t be submitted before June 07, the payment of July 2022 will be made available at the Western Union.
In case this payment won’t be retrieved or if the certificate of live won’t be produced within the first half of July, the payment of the pension will be suspended starting AUGUST 2022.

PLEASE NOTE that the PROOF OF LIFE must be validated by a Consular officer of the Embassy of Italy in the Philippines, or by a Judge.

LIFE DECLARATION by VIDEOCALL with the Consular Office of the Embassy of Italy in the Philippines

Any INPS pensioner who receives the Life Declaration Form by the Citibank can now personally sign it, date it, and send it, together with a scan copy of the passport / carta d’identità to the email address of the Italian Consular office (consolare.manila@esteri.it).

A video call will then be set on platforms like Zoom, Webex o Microsoft Teams.

The original copy of the life declaration form will then be sent by regular mail at the Embassy of Italy.
